For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (25 x 14 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture. In the complex: restaurant. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (24 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant, café 10 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 4 km, ferry 4 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 1.2 km, rocky beach "Platja del Trampoli" 20 m.
