The two-storey house is situated in a residential area, quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle found in summer. The plot is 880 m² and 170 m² habitable.

The various terraces of the house make it have both sun and shade areas. The large 11mx4m swimming pool is located just in front of the main terrace where you can enjoy fantastic dinners with wonderful views.

On the ground floor of the house, we find a spacious living room with an impressive height of almost 5 metres to the ceiling. The open kitchen is separated by a small step that makes the environment separate. The kitchen has all the facilities to do a good job in the kitchen. We find an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster...

We find two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning on the ground floor. The main bedroom with a 1.50m bed with an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and shower.
