This impressive villa is located on the first line of Las Marinas beach in Denia in a quiet area, very close to the urban centre. The house has been completely renovated and redecorated in 2024, with exquisite taste and great attention to detail. Its capacity is for 6 people, as it has three bedrooms (two of them en suite) and three bathrooms. The accommodation has wifi and air-to-water heating/cooling throughout the house.The beautiful garden and pool are particularly striking, very different from what is usually found. For the use and enjoyment of our clients, sunbeds and outdoor furniture (chairs, tables and chill-out area) are available.Upon entering the property, we find ourselves in the living/dining room with an American kitchen, from which beautiful views of the garden and the sea can be enjoyed. The kitchen is fully equipped with: induction, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.Next to it is the first bedroom with two 90cm beds. Following the corridor, there is a bathroom with a shower. Next to it are the other two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One of them also has an outdoor exit and TV.Surrounding the villa is a small, very pleasant courtyard where you can have breakfast in the mornings.The parking area is located in front of the property, it is private but shared with another villa. The upper floor of the villa is private, only the ground floor is rented.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
