Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Luz del Mediterraneo", 3 storeys, built in 2001. 5 km from the centre of Dénia, in the district Les Marines, 200 m from the sea, 180 m from the beach, west facing position. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 11 m, depth 230 - 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Shop 300 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 250 m, café 250 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Els Molins" 250 m. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
