Charming holiday home recently completely renovated in Denia, perfect for families and couples, located in a privileged mountainous setting with stunning sea and mountain views. This 150m2 property offers a cosy and fully equipped space to enjoy unforgettable holidays.



The house has three double bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with two rooms featuring a double bed and another room with 2 single beds. One of them has a television. Two completely new bathrooms with shower guarantee the comfort and privacy of all guests. The fully equipped American kitchen includes appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a wide variety of kitchenware.



Comfort lovers will find air conditioning in each of the rooms. A cosy living room with a fireplace adds a touch of warmth and charm to the interior space. The house has a high-speed fibre optic wifi connection.



The exterior is equally spectacular, with a plot of 800 square metres that includes a private garden, terrace, garden furniture and outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue. The private 10x4m swimming pool can be illuminated to extend summer nights. It also has an outdoor shower. In the garden there is also a trampoline for children to have fun.
