Beautiful villa with views and air conditioning Monte Pego IH

Beautiful chalet with fantastic mountain and sea panoramic view in the Monte Pego urbanisation with 1,200 m2 of mountainous land. The garden has palm trees and a variety of native plants. From the 8mx4m swimming pool, we can enjoy its wonderful views. The covered terrace has a gas barbecue and an outdoor shower. Once inside the house, we find a modern kitchen with an American bar that is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and two-door fridge. The living room has Sat-tv and air conditioning with access to the terrace. The rooms consist of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and mosquito nets. There is a bathroom with a shower that also has a mosquito net and another bathroom with WC and washbasin. The washing machine is in the basement, which we access via a metal staircase. Covered private parking. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants 1.8 km away.

Beach 8 km and Denia 12 km. A car is needed. The owner appreciates that smoking is not allowed inside the property. No animals are allowed. Internet available
