Beautiful attic in a well-maintained residential complex with a communal swimming pool, just a few steps from the beach. The Attic is located on the third floor, with a lift. It consists of a living-dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning and an exit to a furnished terrace with exceptional views of the pool and the sea.Next to the living room is the independent kitchen equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer, it has an exit to the rear terrace with views of Montgó and where the washing machine is located.Following the corridor we find a double bedroom with access to the terrace, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom also with air conditioning. Opposite is the second bathroom with shower.The complex is fenced and has large grassy areas, palm trees and variety of plants, a large pool and a small children's pool, and outdoor showers. Animals are not allowed.There is a parking space available in the complex.Distance to the sea 200m, shopping possibilities 1.5km, restaurants 200m and to Dénia centre 3.5km.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), WiFi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Un buen apartamento hace 10 años, que actualmente necesita muchas reformas.

La urbanización donde se encuentra ubicado. La terraza y la piscina. El ambiente tranquilo. La falta de mantenimiento (camas que hacen ruido, cocina eléctrica que tarda en calentar, TV pequeña y anticuada, falta de equipación (perchas, pinzas, mantel, servilletas, etc.) cf: los puntos negativos los discutiremos lo antes posible con el propietario para mejorar el apartamento. muchas gracias carlosferien.Denia

Zweckmäßige Dachterrassenwohnung

Objektbeschreibung ist vollumfänglich zutreffend. Zwei Balkone wenn sie scheint, hat eigentlich einer immer Sonne. Sehr gute Lage (150m bis zum Mittelmeer). Parkplatz abgeschlossen, für Nicht-Mieter nicht zugänglich. Bus nach Dénia: Haltestelle 100m entfernt. Angenehme, unaufdringliche Betreuung durch carlosferien, Frau Josefina Mena. Seriöse und schnelle Rückabwicklung der Kautionszahlung.

Situation de l'appartement, tout près de la plage et des commerces. Confort et exposition de l'attique. Parking privé ombragé très appréciable. Qualité commerciale de Carlos Ferien, équipe accueillante et très réactive. Ustensiles de cuisine à compléter, en particulier pour la cuisson. Plaques de cuisson obsolètes. Devraient être remplacées par une plaque vitro-céramique ou à induction.

Die Lage des Objektes ist einfach super - ganz nah zum Strand - und die Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Agentur-Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, sprechen perfekt deutsch und kümmern sich umgehend um alles. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielleicht könnte man die Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung stellenweise erneuern, da nicht alles uneingeschränkt funktionsfähig war.
