This spectacular apartment is located in a privileged location in Dénia, next to PORT DE DENIA, 200 meters from PUNTA RASET beach. One step away from all services and the best restaurant and leisure areas in the city.



The penthouse is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. It has incredible views of the sea and the mountains and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first room has a double bed and a desk with sea views, another has two single beds and the third has a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes. The living-dining room is a very spacious and bright room that gives access to the terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise. It also has a beautiful and practical independent kitchen that is fully equipped.



The house has been recently renovated and decorated with very good qualities and exquisite taste. It has spacious and bright rooms, which are very cozy, with laminate flooring. In addition, for your maximum comfort, it has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms of the house.
