This beautiful rental on 2 floors is well appointed, it will be ideal for spending a good vacation with family or friends. You can enjoy its private swimming pool with its slide, its small area with lawn and its numerous covered or uncovered terrace/relaxation areas.
Areas and equipment: Living space of approximately 180 m². Total plot of approximately 900 m². Free wifi Internet connection. Air conditioning: in one bedroom. Washing machine.
On the ground floor (with its own outside entrance): 1 double bedroom (with a double bed). 1 en-suite shower room.
Upstairs (separate and accessible from the outside): Living / dining room (with TV). Equipped kitchen (with electric cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, toaster and juicer). 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds pushed together in each). 1 bathroom. 1 shower room.
Outside: Pretty plot with some lawn and trees (palm trees, orange trees, lemon trees) of approximately 900 m². Private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m (with metal ladder). Barbecue and outdoor shower. Parking on property for 2 cars.
