The proximity to the center of Denia, to the different marinas such as the Club Nautic and La Marina de Denia, guarantee quite sophisticated places with restaurants, bars, beach clubs and nightlife. The center of Denia and various shops are a 5-minute walk away. 2 large supermarkets are almost right next to the residential complex.
