Welcome to El Amanecer 01, a beautiful beachfront penthouse with sea views in Denia. This fully equipped accommodation is perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday by the sea. Located in a complex highly valued by tourists, it offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The attic has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with capacity for up to 4 people.

The master bedroom has a king size bed of 200x180cm, whilst the second bedroom has 2 single beds of 200x90cm.

Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan for your comfort.

The bathrooms are fully equipped, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The American kitchen is fully equipped with an electric ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and all necessary utensils.

The living-dining room has air conditioning, television with satellite channels in several languages and WiFi connection so you can enjoy unlimited entertainment.

Es el segundo año que vamos y seguimos encantados con el apartamento y el enclave donde se encuentra. Hemos pasado unos días de descanso en un ambiente de tranquilidad absoluta y con Denia centro a un paso. Es cierto que en Septiembre todo es más fácil para los desplazamientos.

Apartamento bien situado y con una terraza espectacular, muy bien amueblada y equipada, hasta con barbacoa. La piscina de la terraza superior toda una pasada. Ante cualquier pequeña incidencia, Marisol y Juan siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. En definitiva, un apartamento para repetir.
