This incredible house in Denia - Els Poblets has direct access to La Almadrava beach. In this area, there are only five properties with direct beach access, making this one truly special. From the living room, you can access the garden and pool, and from there, a small private gate leads directly to the sand. The holiday home comprises two floors, with a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a guest toilet, all connected by an internal staircase and offering fantastic views of the sea, beach, and mountains. The garden features a barbecue, a large table under a huge pergola, and a large dining table for the whole family. The private pool includes a children's area and is surrounded by a lawn. Please note that Villa Charlie only has one parking space on the property, but there is additional parking available outside. Several restaurants and bars are very close to the villa, and several supermarkets are approximately a five-minute drive away. The center of Denia is about a 15-minute drive away, and there's a huge shopping center about 10 minutes away where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, and cinemas. Not to mention the Oliva Nova Golf Course and its equestrian center, both 15 minutes away. You'll have an unforgettable holiday at Villa Charlie with your friends or family.
