Villa with pool and garden Don Quijote AM 4 Pers Denia

Nice chalet with fenced garden of 800m2 of land with a wide lawn area. The kidney-shaped pool is 8m x 4m with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. A pleasant barbecue area awaits us in the shade to enjoy summer days.

The house is divided into two floors and is available for 4 or 6 people.

Covered parking with capacity for two vehicles from where access is made through a staircase to the interior of the main dwelling which forms two double rooms, one with a double bed and the other room with two single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The American kitchen has all the amenities such as oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer and ceramic hob. The living room with satellite TV and stereo leads to a glazed terrace where the dining area is located with views of the pool and garden.

The exterior staircase takes us to the ground floor of the house where the studio is located with a double room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. At the entrance of the studio there is a small covered terrace with views of the garden and pool.

When renting the house for 4 people, the studio will remain closed.

The distance to the sandy beach is 4 km, to the city centre 5 km, restaurants 2 km and supermarkets 3 km.

Una Villa genial para vacaciones, divertirte y relajarte

A la casa no le falta detalle en cuanto a menaje todo nuevo, la casa es muy acogedora, cómoda y reformada con muebles comedor nuevos y modernos. Todos los ventanales a la piscina con una luz increíble. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo que se está genial. Para mí personalmente nada. Es genial

Schöne und gemütliche Villa, leider etwas unpraktisch.

Schöne und liebevoll gestaltete Villa in der Nähe von Denia. Das zumietbare Studio ist sinnvoll und sicherlich sehr gut für Besucher. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und dank der zuziehbaren Plisséstoffe sehr gemütlich und schattig. Die Terrasse ist nur über die Haustüre erreichbar. Der Pool ist herausragend und sehr schön. Auch das Landstück ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Eingangstüre: Sollte man den Schlüssel nicht gerade dabei haben, weil dies der einzige Weg zur Terasse ist, kann man sich mit Leichtigkeit aussperren (sehr windig und Türe lässt sich nicht von aussen ohne Schlüssel nicht öffnen) AirCon-Installation in den Schlafzimmern. Aufgrund der grossen Frontscheiben, können wohl keine Mückennetze installiert werden. Aufgrund der grossen Hitze muss aber alles geöffnet sein. AirCon würde der Nachtruhe dienen, die mittels Ventilatoren und massig Mückensprays mehr recht als schlecht war) Zumietbare Ventilatoren ist sicherlich keine gute Lösung! Hier müsste etwas geboten warden, das im Preis inclusive ist.
