A little run down but great service

The shuttle does not run every 30 mins it has to be requested at a specific time. The room was pretty clean with the exception of some stains. The pillows are terrible. The reading lamp didn’t work. But otherwise it was decent. Breakfast was pretty good and they allowed me to use the microwave to heat up my other meals. But the common microwave was dirty. The building overall could use some maintenance, things are just worn and old. But the front desk and shuttle drivers were very nice and accommodating.

Good experience

It was good. The room was reasonably clean. The only minor issues were 1. WiFi wasn't very good 2. The staff didn't seem very friendly 3. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust But those are minor. Overall, we had a good experience.

The desk personnel for both arriving and checking out was extremely rude. I had to ask for the bill and found a charge for a phone call. We both have cell phones and had no need for the hotel phone. If there was a phone call from our room it was someone else making the call while we were out of the room.

Acceptable but Mediocre

Staff was knowledgeable and helped, but were cranky (more than one person). Room was decent but the king size bed only had 2 pillows. Well, technically 4 but they were square/half the size of a normal pillow. Fire door for elevator was wedged open with a wad of paper towels n the first floor.

I was here for like 10 hours on a layover so for that, it was perfect. I got in late so the shuttle was all booked up for the morning. I got an Uber and all was well.

The location and cleanliness were fine. However the room was freezing even after we figured out how to turn the heat on. A switch for a light was broken. We had to take the cover off in order to get the light off. Finally, there is little sound proofing. The people next door were really loud. Fortunately they quieted down after 10 pm.
