Amenities: We recently stayed at your hotel for a short break in London and booked our stay via Hotels.com. When making the reservation, we specifically checked whether the hotel offered spa facilities, as spending time in a sauna is something we usually enjoy during our visits to London hotels. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the spa, we were surprised to learn that the saunas were segregated by gender. This information was not communicated at the time of booking or prior to entering the spa. As this arrangement did not meet our expectations, it resulted in a disappointing experience during our stay at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel.

This hotel was lovely. I arrived late and felt flustered, but Asif on reception handled everything calmly and upgraded my room, which made a huge difference. The food tasted excellent. Service felt warm and efficient throughout my stay. Access to the spa was a real bonus and helped me unwind. I left feeling looked after and refreshed.

Stayed here with my 3 kids, we had a wonderful time. We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion. We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. Would sag swimming pool facilities not suitable for younger crowds . Shout out to Casie!! Who found my daughter phone and water bottle we left in the gym area. She was so kind and approachable. Thank you Casie

On arrival we were given no information. A curt reception and told where our room was. No times for breakfast, spa opening, bar opening etc. The room, although large and comfortable overall, was cold. The shower water temperature was tepid...chilly .... i had to go to the spa. The spa was also disappointing...as a couple being split for sauna and steam was not expected...we were there for a romantic couples weekend! On top of this the steam room in the womens wasnt working anyway. With only 9 beds to relax on by the pool we couldnt get one as they were all taken. We really didnt enjoy our supposedly 'relaxing' and 'romantic' visit.
