DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY LONDON HAS SO MUCH MORE PLEASE TO STAY AT THESE PRICES! Website says there’s places to park, what the 5 spaces at £85 per night. If you’re still crazy enough to stay here stay in the local parking lot for £75 for 2 nights complete rip off!!! Then the £100 per night charge which can be refunded, BUT they said it was for if we brake anything, I had a Marina Suit. I personally live in a penthouses with full Italian features, it was like staying somewhere in the 70’s- 80’s decor extremely dated & furniture was below standard. Then the ABSOLUTE AUDACITY they wanted to charge £48 Per Night for bedding to use the sofa bed, yes there were only 2 people staying in a 3 person space, but the reason I booked was my guest & I needed our own sleeping space. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, they opened the doors for us, concierge were great with our taxis BUT I WILL NEVER WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE AGAIN & I ADVISE THE SAME FOR YOU!!

Met what we needed

The hotel met our needs of a comfortable bed, good location, and lots of space for two nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, the gym was nice and hardly used. But the bedrooms, the pool, the sauna and steam room were all pretty tired and could use a refresh/update. But for the price and location.....all was good

Never stayed in a hotel this nice before, the staff were amazing everyone was friendly we will be coming back for sure ! Can’t thank them enough the staff are constently smiling happy bubbly nothing is ever too much trouble . Had an amazing weekend Thankyou all again.
