The blinds and tv were broken in the room. Staff was mostly pretty unfriendly -- most of them would not make eye contact and none -- except for the valet who would park your car for $52 a night -- even bothered to say hello. Someone had spilled a drink in the elevator one day and it never got cleaned up. They also charge you a "destination" fee, which is utterly ridiculous. The common space on the roof is nice, but it is too cold to use most of the year so what is that fee about? Just be up front and charge a flat room rate instead of tacking on a fee like this hotel is a resort with amenities. It is not. And that corner of RINO is not much of a destination. It lacks the convenience of staying downtown and the charm of some of Denver's more established neighborhoods.

Overall a nice hip place in Denver's cool art district. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good (free for guests, although that wasn't 100% clear at first. Bed is comfy, bathroom big and clean. A rooftop bar if you need a drink.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great common areas for enjoyment and working. Too few hotels of this size accommodate both. Nice bar on the roof. Room was very nice. I rarely like to spend much time in hotel rooms but this was a great design and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
