Front desk manager was SO rude! We left and got ANOTHER hotel because we were literally being harassed with no one doing absolutely anything about it. The front desk “manager” has absolutely ZERO customer service and really needs to find another profession. Would have given this place NEGATIVE stars if I could because of that rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful individual.

I found this location to be convenient for everything... food, Walmart, gas, liquor warehouse.. (lol) Parking was small for the full capacity of the hotel. I d k if people from across the street parked on this hotels parking. Both hotel next to each other were completely booked due to sold out concerts. BUT overall a 10 out of10

Great stay for concert goers.

The only bad part. They said they don't clean or put new towels in a 2 night stay. I found that out the next day and not at check in. Very odd in my opinion. We requested new towels and they bright them. The good. It's close to Red Rocks. It's clean and comfortable. It's quiet and everyone was friendly. The breakfast was really good and different both days.

Going to Red Rocks? Stay Here!

I took my daughter on a bucket list trip Labor Day weekend to Breckenridge Colorado and to see a concert at Red Rocks. This Fairfield Inn was located in the perfect spot for us for the concert and a sunrise back at Red Rocks. The staff was helpful. They let us check in an hour early! The accommodations were good and the breakfast delicious. We recommend this hotel for a Red Rocks concert.

Electricity Mishap Avoided

When we first arrived the electricity was out. The woman at the front desk offered us a different hotel, but we were fine staying here because it was daylight and we were going to a concert at Red Rocks. She walked us up to our room and unlocked the door since the keycards wouldn't work. We were in our room about an hour before the electricity came back on, so all was well. Clean, newer hotel close to Red Rocks. Great stay!
