I reserved a room but the day I was due to check in I was called and they told me they were overbooked so I didn't get a chance to stay there. However, the hotel reversed the charge, and then went and charged me again so now I have to spend time trying to get reimbursed. Glad I check my statements.

The hotel was very close to the Broadway shows and restaurants. Very convenient and we didn’t have to get a rental and saved a lot of money on cab fare. Most places were in walking distance. What I didn’t like was the construction going on and we were not made aware of this before booking the room. The room was not that spacious but it’s cool if it’s just for one person. Overall it was a good experience.

Hotel was excellent in every way. Location was wonderful, within walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. If we couldn’t walk, Jalal was a jewel at helping us with finding a ride. He also was so helpful with our transportation to and from the airport.

Super friendly staff

Everyone here was super nice and helpful. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or dining but they had coffee bar every morning, wine at night and fruit during day and water all complimentary. Pet friendly and minutes to everywhere. Great stay

It’s a very central location for the things I like to do when I go th NYC; museums and theatre. It’s very close to a subway stop. The rooms are small but that’s fine for me as a solo traveler. It’s clean and staff are friendly.
