Room very clean; staff was very pleasant and helpful. Coffee in lobby was good and hot! Need to upgrade to queen size beds and triple-paned windows. Trucks outside sounded like they were in the room with us. Great deal on parking with their designated garage. Excellent location.

Every one of the doormen where exceptional. They helped us in and out, conversed with us, arranged to hold our luggage after checkout and reserved transportation to the airport. They seem to love their jobs. Made our start so pleasant.

The staff is very nice. The room was very sparse- there wasn't even a stand for the suitcase or drawers to unpack into. We had one fewer person than last year but it felt more cramped. The location is excellent!

We really enjoyed staying here. The employees were super nice and went out of their way to help. The doormen were awesome from check in to departure! The building is older but it’s nice! We chose the queen bed option and it is tiny for 2 people with big luggage! I would stay here again but I would choose a double bed option for more space! This hotel is convenient to great eating, coffee shops with cute cafes & walking distance to pretty much anywhere you need to go from 34th St up, 6th-8th Ave and Broadway! Overall great 1st experience to NYC!
