Had reservations at Hamilton Inn on Set 23rd. We arrived Denver on time and called the Hampton Inn to see when the Hampton Inn shuttle bus would pick us up. We were told it would be there in ten minutes. We went outside the pick up area and started waiting for the shuttle. The shuttle driver was late more than 30 minutes. The temps at the DIA were about 50 degrees and it was constantly raining. We had little or no clothing to bear the windy any rainy and cold temps. Totally unacceptable.

The hotel is just a little older than I like, and i had to wait quite a bit at the airport for transportation. But the front service staff when I arrived was awesome and very welcoming and the transportation back to the airport was good and I appreciated that it was free.

Very convenient to Denver airport but not much around it. Luckily a good diner next door. Staff was very professional and helpful, room was clean, quiet at night, free shuttle to airport.

there was mold in the shower on the end with the plumbing. was in the lower corner by the tub, and up the side where the end and sides meet, and around the shelf. very unusual for a Hampton. also it was out of shampoo. both items were given to the front counter staff on check out. they were very apologetic and courteous. Hampton is still our favorite place to stay. just an unusual occurence.

Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel is conveniently located very close to DIA. A "To go" breakfast bag is available for those with an early departure. Good deal all around.
