The room itself was good, but there was no microwave, which was disappointing considering how much we paid. The staff was also not very respectful. We ordered a crib, but it was missing parts. When we went to the front desk to address the issue, there was a shift change happening around 10:30pm. Even though we were there first and waiting at the front desk, the staff helped other guests before us. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes overall.
Overall, the place is not bad, but customer service definitely needs some improvement.
