Great staff, but a few issues

Great staff. But the property...I had to move rooms mid-stay because of an issue with the door that they were unable to fix and then the plumbing in the new room needed attention. I was there for 5 nights so moving from one room to another, after unpacking and hanging my clothes was NOT IDEAL. Other than those annoyances, it was alright. Decent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds.

Great location if you are visiting Downtown Denver. Close to concerts and all of the sporting events. The units are set up like little apartments so it’s nice to be able to park right outside of your unit. They do charge for parking per day which kind of sucks since you’re already paying for the hotel but it’s downtown so I kind of get it. Breakfast doesn’t begin until 7 on the weekends so we had to wait around before we could get breakfast. The only other downside was the people above us were very loud throughout the night.

Property’s location close to downtown, Nuggets stadium, and very safe and walkable distance. Tons of transportation options, and superb breakfast! The room had a kitchenette, which was super helpful to have tea to warm up.

This was my 2nd stay at the Residence Inn Downtown Denver and I again enjoyed my stay. Having a full kitchen, a long with a sitting area, is so much better than just a room. The location is close to a number of things, but particularly my son's apartment. The breakfast was good, as well. I would love to see the property upgrade/replace their towels and mattresses.
