The room was spacious because aside from the bed there was very little in the way of furniture. Two tiny end tables, a tiny desk, two mostly immobile chairs and an entertainment center. Not a single drawer or closet. We were forced to live out of our suitcases. We were told to swipe our room key to access our floor in the elevator. Not true. We had access to all floors without a room key.

We saw a cockroach in our room, near the bed. The shower head had a steady leak that was very annoying especially when we're trying to sleep. Changed rooms 3 times due to no bed sofa. Didn't mention the discount that all guests get for Starbucks upon check in, until we got room shuffled and I ask if they can do a better discount. If your ok with it the hotel is plastered with LGBT imagery, including our room.

The photos you see online of the themed floors are totally outdated. The current layout will leave you disappointed. This place is in total disrepair. The shower had mold on the caulking, and rusted out metal on the doors. The AC is incredibly loud. The TV had one channel, which was FOX news. There was a dead bug on the bed the first night. The staff is totally unresponsive. We were not greeted a single time while walking through the lobby. We must have passed the front desk 20 times on our 5 day stay and nobody ever looks up from their station. Housekeeping broke the wall behind the door while we were out and then just left it like that. We had to call the front desk to ask them to repair it when we got back to the room. No hot water. The elevators are filthy and take forever to arrive. The bed was so uncomfortable. Parking is a nightmare. Staying here was such a disappointment and we will never return.

I absolutely loved this hotel and all the decorations and different themed floors. It was so fun. The staff was also so great. They were very helpful and always nice. It’s also within walking distance of pretty much everything you could want. My only semi complaint was the elevators. One was out of service and one was very sketchy but I’m sure that will be fixed soon. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The rooms are very clean and well decorated. We gad a very quite stay, beds are comfortable. The only downfalls would be the wi-fi is not great. The TV goes in and out, tried to watch a movie but got tired of the the buffering.

The parking couldn’t be validated so over $40 for 1 night. The bedroom was SMALL! I liked the themed idea but it wasn’t executed properly and more like a DIY fail. But I can say that the staff were AMAZING! incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful.
