There are plenty of places to eat within 10-20 mins of walk. Parking is available in their lots. Breakfast(pay) is kind of limited but freshly made everyday. Night meal options are somewhat limited. There are more positives about this property than any minor shortcomings. I would stay here again.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and parking was nice and easy. It is in walking distance to the centre of Galway which is great but probably a bit too far to be walking after dark!

We were pleasantly surprised about the property. Spacious clean room. Good parking. Easy taxi ride to town. Courteous staff. We would prefer if breakfast was included. Very good.

I found the decor and cleanliness of Hotel excellent also the Staff and service. There was one problem for me, it was the smell of some product they use, it was in the Room and indeed throughout the Hotel, ( maybe an Air-freshner or Carpet Cleaner) ? It was so overpowering, had to sleep with my head under the Sheets all Night. I couldnt stay there again because of this, which is a pity, as I wouldnt hesitate otherwise.

No frills, decent stay

Decent option just outside downtown Galway. The water station in the lobby was appreciated. Shower had only one soap dispenser- it was a 3 in 1 (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) which is not great. No fan in the bathroom either but this seems to be standard in most hotels in Ireland.

Did the job for a weekend on paddys day, however check in was 1 hour late so we waited until 4pm although at 3pm we had to wait ‘5 minutes for the key’. When we got the key the cleaner was still cleaning the room lol but not really reception or cleaners fault, they clearly just need more staff - the room was fine though

Everything was excellent, with the exception of our final night, my husband went to the bar for 2 drinks and only had one, as they said the bar was closing and it was only after 9pm!

Really nice hotel! Rooms were terrific and very clean with big comfortable beds. Unfortunately it was a bit far from the city center, so it was a 20 minute walk to go anyplace. We took the bus on two occasions, and the bus stop was 2 blocks away. I would definitely stay here again but would budget for a taxi to get back and forth to the city center.
