Restaurant choices within walking distance; shuttle to the airport (shuttle driver very helpful giving directions); our two rooms in our party were close together. Next time they renovate, they should put regular doors on the bathroom and showers. Barn-style glass door on the bathroom let all the light into the room and glass shower door makes privacy hard if someone has to use the toilet while someone else is showering.

The property was nice, and the transportation to and from the airport was helpful. We left early and did not get to have the complimentary breakfast. The hotel is pretty typical, and the stay was short, but enjoyable. The only slight disappointment was that the shuttle filled up too quickly, and we had to leave for the airport 3 hours before our flight in order to take advantage of the complimentary transportation.

Excellent hotel to stay by the airport. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and location felt safe. Breakfast was good. Restaurants and Starbucks right in the same parking lot. Our 2nd time staying and won’t be our last.

The hotel was lovely. Breakfast was very good. the check-in agent was very friendly. The checkout lady was very personable.! I have no complaints about the hotel actually. My bad review comes because when I went out to leave in the morning, I had a parking ticket on my car. No one told me I had to pay a $10 fee to park. I was parked facing away from the hotel and did not see the QR code to scan. Nowhere in my reservation was it mentioned and the young man at the desk did not tell me that there was a parking fee.. the sign at the front door was covered by a group of people that was unloading off the airport shuttle. So I thought no problem. I will scan the code and pay the fee the morning I got the ticket. Well, the $10 fee is now $35. The front desk told me they could do nothing to call back and talk to the manager. I called the number that I have and the young lady who barely spoke. English said there was nothing they could do about it. She put me through to customer service, which is a robot and they cut me off because the reservation was made through Expedia. I would've gladly paid the $10 fee had anyone informed me of That, but it is ridiculous that the price went up to $35

A solid place to stay near airport

Experience was quite good. Front staff was welcoming, but confusing during check in since we had two rooms under two names but reservation was made by one person. Not a big deal though. Rooms were very clean and the place seems very new. Quiet. Free and one time shuttle to the airport.

Very good DEN airport hotel

While a pool that is not available would have been nice, the hotel is a nice place with good service and a convenient shuttle from the airport. In fact, the driver on my shuttle from the airport told me about the RTD train from the airport to Union Station in downtown Denver that proved to be very convenient during my trip. So, if you want to experience downtown Denver but want to avoid expensive downtown room rates, and you don't mind a 45 minute public transportation ride, consider staying near the airport, the shuttle, and the RTD train if the schedule allows. Also some good casual eating options close by.

Customer service skills for the front desk was poor. If you are busy at least look up and acknowledge you see them. Most of the time they were in the back room and didn’t come out. Breakfast was not what we expected. You want your guests to feel welcomed and we most certainly did not.
