airport shuttle is a myth

The airport shuttle never arrived. They sent a message saying it runs every 30 minutes or so. After 45 minutes I called. They front desk lied and said that the shuttle just got back but it will be back out in like 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, no shuttle so I caught an uber. When I got to the hotel, I mentioned the no shuttle. Again the woman at the front desk lied and said it was shift change and must have slipped. I mentioned me waiting over an hour and calling and all she didn't care. Wasn't provided a credit for something at the snack bar, no discount, just a half hearted "sorry". So good luck on them picking you up from the airport like they promised. Or google what hotels are next door and take their shuttle when it shows up. Terrible terrible service.

The property was in great shape. The building was clean, and our room was spacious…especially the bathroom! Wow! The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful, the few times I interacted with them. There are plenty of walkable food options, and the location is conveniently located close to the airport and other highways.

No shuttle and no warning

Nice hotel. Loved the room. BUT the main reason I chose this hotel was for the shuttle to and from the airport. I waited one hour before calling and finding out the shuttle was broken and was told to find a cab or an uber. No phone call, text or email.

It was outrageous that they charged me $10 to park my car in their parking lot. Unbelievable to be nickel-and-dimed like this! There is no parking shortage—plenty of space. I should have refused, but I was too tired to argue. Shame on you.
