This was my first time staying at arlo it was my birthday. I had a beautiful room on an upper floor beautiful view ! Staff were so accommodating, friendly, and pleasant. Can’t wait to go back !

My experience at Arlo Midtown exceeded my expectations! We stayed for 3 nights and the rooms were spacious enough and super clean. The place is modern, filled with art and amazing vibes! The staff was super friendly as well! I will definitely be coming back here every time I visit NYC!

I checked in early fully knowing that the room wouldn’t be ready, which wasn’t a big deal. I dropped My bags and was told someone would send me a text when my room was ready, which no one did. After getting to our room the AC was off and it was extremely hot/humid which took a very long time for the room to cool off. After a while it did cool off, but remained damp feeling throughout the night. The accent lighting kept flickeringand for some reason the cordless phone on the night stand would randomly turn on which resulted in a loud dial tone at random times throughout the night. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Awesome place

The hotel location and room were perfect for the one night we needed. The restaurant downstairs was a great thing to have. All staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that was bothersome was how warm it was on the main floor. We got ice coffee while waiting for valet to bring our car and we were both sweating. With outside being so warm we wish they had the air a bit higher for comfort.
