This was my second stay in as many years and couldn't be more pleased. Location is perfect for the activities that I go to NYC. My room was awesome and had a fantastic city view, including my favorite, The Empire State Building. You have to check out the roof top which has same great views and a great vibe.

The hotel has gone downhill since I last visited in 2022. A lot of the essentials don’t work in the rooms such as charging ports, tv streaming, the phone and air con. Very horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend if you want a seamless stay

This property is the premier place to stay in NYC. Our stay wasn’t like we were at a hotel but like we were staying with family due to 3 exceptional employees. Danny Guzman-monti was a personable manager that knows how to give every guest top notch service. I was surprised to learn that Anastasia Brigham and Kenneth added were not managers yet with the level of service and hospitality they showed us. We will be back because of the 3 of them

People hotel room all fabulous will stay again . 1 thing just a suggestion get rid of the cooler and make it a fridge . It is useless. 2nd my sister called twice and emailed twice to have wine and some appetizers in our room as a birthday surprise for me . No one ever got back to her . So that was a bit of a let down.
