Overall, this was a good choice. I would have like to see a daily rotation of the breakfast selections, the same thing for the four mornings we were there. On the last day, they did not offer waffles, which were excellent! For the price, we would stay there again.

When I tried to use GPS to find best route to motel I was directed to a very old building now used as an apartment. At the actual otel I found the attaching Audi dealership dominanted parking area forcing me to park some distance from room.

The stay was quite and comfortable. However the breakfast was not all it was cracked up to be. No juices, didn't have pray for waffles. Rather then going and getting stuff to make things work. They just put out of order!! Totally not right. Food was also cold and yucky!!

The beds were good, the pillows were fantastic! It was clean but loud. Across the hall someone slammed his door and stomped down the hall around 3am. Kids ran up and down the hall because my room was on the first floor leading to the pool.

It was better than Walt Disney World value and some moderate resorts. Staff were very accommodating. Close to everything less than 8 minutes. Several places delivered. So very quiet!

This hotel requires a full recondition, The only one plus is clean sheets and towels. I stayed one night which was enough to determine that carpets are dirty, furniture are damaged, not maintained properly, bathroom requires new flooring, wall painting and replacement of the shower assembly, Room furniture are dirty, desk chair is completely dirty and damaged to be fully replaced, window curtains are damaged. Overall a condition of the room as well as the entrance, kitchen area doesn't correspond to the rating shown on Expedia, as 8.8. Based on my experience the rating should be around 3-4 as the highest.
