We needed rooms for several of my siblings for a funeral in town. The staff was very accommodating and helped us obtain the rooms we needed. They were very informative about breakfast hours and provided a late check out to allow for our sons to use our room to chance for the funeral after a long drive that morning. Very professional and accommodating hotel!

The staff was the best part of this property. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and provided great service. The property itself is older and has undergone a few poor “face lifts” (mostly paint). The beds and bathroom were clean. The only really dirty thing that we noticed was the in-room carpet… gross.

We were pleasantly surprised with the updates in the lobby but were a little disappointed with some stains and damage in our room, not a big deal at all, it didn’t effect our stay. Overall the stay was nice, the room worked well and it was bigger than we expected. The only negative thing I could say was the staff on Saturday and Sunday were not very friendly or helpful. We called and asked for towels Saturday night and I was told I had to come grab them if I wanted them, I’ve never had that experience at a hotel and Friday night when I called an asked for an extra blanket the guy brought it up for us. The lady at the front desk Saturday and Sunday seemed very inconvenienced by her job but I will say staff Friday at check-in through our blanket request at 11 were great, super friendly, very helpful. The breakfast was also pretty good, stayed refreshed and the eating area was cleaned well. The pool was also really great, the hot tub is huge and everything was clean with towels stocked well.
