"A nice option in Abidjan. The hotel itself is comfortable, with a standout breakfast buffet. The staff is excellent as well. The gym is well equipped. A bit disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for renovation."

"Upon check-in I was given a room that wasn’t the one I had paid for, when I complained the staff told me that it was valentines weekend so they are very busy, after a while they agreed to move me. I got food poisoning from a room service club sandwich and was very ill for 4 days. The hotel room air con was very noisy and didn’t work very well. The room only had hot water when you left the bath tap and sink tap on for over 5 minutes. The room was only on the 8th floor so this was very odd. I complained about this twice. Overall the hotel room was very worn and the bed I had wasn’t very comfortable. I also found it very odd that I was given a wristband and charged for having a pool lounger with a towel in a 4/5 star hotel! To be fair though the majority of the staff are extremely friendly and nice."
