"Really enjoyed staying on the sunburn hotel at Gibraltar. Great room sea / marina side facing on 6th floor… clean and comfortable. Great amenities and Rituals products in the bathroom! Comfy bed and decent sized room. Buffet breakfast was good also with a decent selection of cooked food."

"This was my second visit to this gem in Gibraltar. We stayed for 3 night over Easter, staying in a room with a terrace and views over the bay. I love the appearance of the hotel, the warm welcome, the location overlooking the Botanical Gardens, the swimming pool and the excellent food. The restaurant offered a wide choice of breakfast items, and a reasonably broad dinner menu. Unlike the last time I was here in 2014, the room safe was free to use - a big step forward. On arrival we noticed that the floor of our room felt gritty underfoot. Although we asked housekeeping to vacuum the floor the next time they were in, this didn’t happen. In every other way the housekeeping was good: replacing the towels, making the bed, etc. But the floor still felt like it needed a good vacuuming / mopping. Overall, I still love this hotel and plan to return in the near future."
