Dunia Hôtel Bissau
2/5 Poor
"Good pick up from the airport and easy to identify. The room space was good however there was no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room. The water pressure n the shower was very weak. I dont understand why there are no plugs near mirrors to allow one to use a hairdryer.
Initially I was told that food ordered in the restaurant could not be charged to the room but this was changed after I queried this the following day. The biggest dissappointment was when i asked for a menu and was shown a bit of scrap paper with 6 choices but no prices. when I asked about the e/2 chicken option I was told it was local chicken, as I had ordered 1/2 chicken at another hotel restaurant 2 days earlier I was shocked to learn that the cost in the Dunia was over 3 times more expensive especially when it was more bones than meat. I was later told I could have had imported chicken for 1/3 of the price but was never offered this option at the time. Very poor and surely chicken is chicken, well maybe not as the imported chicken had a lot more meat on it. Very disappointing outside restaurant "
