Hotel staff was very kind. The room was very nice and my stay was peaceful. However, this reservation was supposed to have been cancelled as I ended up having to pay again when I was told when I arrived that Expedia wouldn’t allow check in for 6 hours after I arrived so I cancelled this reservation and paid again in person at the site. Still awaiting a refund

If I was there for any other reason than to use a private jacuzzi, I would have been pissed. Every other imaginable amenity is either out of order or unavailable, and you may as well bring your own cleaning supplies to tidy the room yourself!
