Where to begin? There was no soap in my room, the shower drain was clogged, the sink faucet leaked, the toilet didn’t flush properly & my room wasn’t cleaned for two days. I demanded a new room. The faucet leaked, same toilet issue & the charger ports, along with the AC wall controls were broken. If this was a baseball game … three strikes & then some. Worst hotel stay ever! And when I asked the GM to call, via a front desk message, Nauman never called. Epic fail!

The room looked nothing like the photos, especially the bathroom. The photo has a beautiful stand up shower, and the real one had a trashy looking tub. The bathroom door also didn't lock. The AC unit was actively falling apart as well. The hot tub had broken jets that didn't shoot water out and instead shot water straight up out of the tub? Overall not a great experience, but I needed a place to stay so it is what it is I guess.

Great Hotel and A+ Staff.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Unfortunately I had to leave after the first night due to an injury. Not the fault of the hotel. They were all so kind and caring.

Me and my husband came to Michigan to celebrate our 10yr anniversary. We booked the room on the road when we got there we were allowed to check in (such a blessing). Everything was nice and clean. No funny smells at all. The property around the parking lot was sort of messy, but this no reflection on the Hilton itself, that’s due to nasty, trifling guest. We would definitely book here again.
