When I checked in and opened the door to the room, the bed had been "used" but it didn't look like it was a typical overnight stay. (Come on, that's just gross.) The curtains were not properly hung, and the front was removed from the heater/air conditioner which was very dirty. I was told to call the hotel manager; however, after several attempts I still am not able to reach him, as the recording says I have received an error. I'm not happy AT ALL. We ended up staying somewhere else and want a refund.
