Pictures on the website make this place look like a decent place to stay, which is a false representation. This place was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy in the lobby, in the hallways, and in the guest rooms.

Rooms looked like they weren't swept. Visible damage on the bathroom door, Jetted tub (sharp metal busted on overfill drain), dresser, and flooring. Outdated climate control and microwave. Towels had dirt and black flakes on them. Hotel front desk tried to put us up on a Double bed room when we reserved a King Sized with jetted tub. They didn't know if one was available. Then, gave us a room with the king and no jetted tub. Then, we had to return and correct it to finally get the room we wanted. That room was not as advertised. Lighting was also terrible.

I had to wait a good while for someone to come to the front desk. He was friendly but the room wasn’t very clean and the bed sheets didn’t smell or look fresh. I slept with my clothes on. When I turned the heat on, it had a burning smell. I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn.
