Unreal SAD Disappointed.

Well heck.. i paid extra to pick this hotel through hotel.com and I picked it for a personal get away hot tub and swimming. The website never said not working nor did the price reflect that. I got there and a sign said pool and spa not working and i can go down the street to the other pool. WHAT!! Can i change my hotel since your sister facilities NO they said. So I have to stay and go to the pool/hot tub down the road get dressed get in car and drive back down to my room to sleep. I have my 3yr old gbaby who wanted to swim but it was cold at night. Someone could of told me. I could've swam more if i didnt have to drive everywhere to get clothes drive to pool, change with a baby then drive again. I was hoping someone would vacuum NOPE. 3 nights nothing. I got one whole coffee to make for 3 days. The lotion was empty. Unreal. Next time ill just go to the cheaper hotel.

Everything was very nice, except the pool and jacuzzi was down for upgrades almost our whole stay. They did provide access to a pool and jacuzzi at their sister hotel, but that wasnt very convenient for two wheelchair children and a mentally handicapped adult. Everything else was great.
