The breakfast is a separate expense from the hotel. The breakfast was nice, and server was great, but needs a fruit side with biscuits and gravy. Room was big and clean. Staff helpful. Nicely decorated for Christmas in the lobby. Not many outlets for charging electronics in room. There was street noise from the bar across the street too.

Love this old historic hotel. The young lady who checked us in was very unfriendly but the young women at checkout was amazing. Room was beautiful but the bed and pillows were a C-.

Beautiful old hotel. Decorated so beautifully for Christmas. Smelled heavenly!! I ordered scent they use. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Large room and comfortable bed. Lovely view of river and a riverboat from our corner room #702. Pillows a little hard for our liking and towels were pretty rough!! Corner basket for soap in shower fell off! I would definitely stay here again if in area.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Parking was very easy. The hotel staff went out of their way to be accommodating and help make this stay perfect.
