We had a few issues. The refrigerator did not work and the shower door did not shut all the way. However, when we reported the situation to the front desk the problem was promptly addressed andcthe staff brought us a new refrigerator! The staff was courteous. They seemed a bit stretched thin....For the most part, we had a very good time. My son, who was during our stay at your Canal Park location, had a terrible time. His room was broken into and a homeless man was found laying on their bed. I believed all is being taken care of?!!
