The property is a little dirty. You can tell the carpet doesn't get clean well in the bedroom and the elevator was very dusty. Other than that the bed was comfy and bathroom area looked decent. The room we stayed in was spacious.

Lobby smelled like a moldy dishrag when you walked in. Been over 20 years since I stayed here and now I remember why I never stay at this hotel when I am in Duluth. Old and dated rooms. Thin walls can hear your neighbor. The restaurant up top was the only positive thing in terms of the view. However, the menu is very limited and the food was not consistent with the price. No free breakfast. Partiers on my floor during the night and no security to help with the noise. Some of the other guests went and confronted all the loud noise partiers but to no avail. I will never stay here again. I usually stay down on canal park at the Hampton Inn and am disapointed in myself for not staying there this time.
