This team never ceases to amaze me! Exceptional service is what stands out about the Premier Hotel ICC. From the front desk, Bradley who heads up Guest Relations, Pumla and Anita at the bar/restaurant and the whole hospitality team. This hotel feels like home because of the friendly and effective team. A buzz with mosquitos

The accommodation was what would be expected from a 4 star establishment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the mosquitos in the room and no repellants available at the hotel.
