I stayed here during a long layover. The property is easy to reach from Terminal 5—just catch the shuttle at stop #17 or #18. It runs once an hour and drops you off right in front of the hotel. Public transportation is also an option if you’re looking to save money, but I was too tired to figure it out. Dining options at the hotel are average, so I ordered Uber Eats since I arrived late. The staff were friendly and very helpful, answering all my questions. Overall, I had a good experience for the price.

Great chicken wings.

It was a good location with airport near by. Not many food options near by other than at hotel. Chicken wings are amazing. Fitness room was well equipped. Staff is super friendly and eagar to help.

The hotel was nice, the rooms clean, the view wonderful, & the service people top notch. The room at first had no remote for the TV. So I had to ask for one. The one they brought to my room didn't work, & the next one only worked once. So, at 2:30am I had to dress, go to the front desk & ask for another one. So much for one day's break to just chill between a week's work & the flight home.

Was charged £15 for early check in. Went to the coffee machine in the market area but it was inoperative and was told to go into the breakfast room to get a tea and a coffee. Was approached by staff and was told I would be charged for them. Very poor hospitality in my opinion and I spend a lot of time in hotels.
