Clean and comfortable room with exceptionally friendly staff! Gabriel was especially kind and helpful — he assisted me with my luggage and accompanied me in the elevator whenever I needed, as I mentioned that I don’t take elevators alone. His thoughtful assistance made my stay even more pleasant. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I go to London.

The bus was indeed not easy to find and the bus drivers were very rude. We paid to get on a bus, however, the driver didn’t tell us the bus was in diversion and dropped us off about a half mile down the road, at night in the rain and we had to walk. Usually not a big deal, but my husband had had surgery and has trouble walking.

We walked from the Enterprise car rental return. The reception staff was great/helpful. The room was outfitted comfortably. The bed was perfectly comfy -- great night's sleep before flight out.

Last minute overnight layover. Took the hotel shuttle bus for about 6 pounds. Hotel staff - wish I had gotten his name but I was droning - gave me great directions to take the city bus which stopped right across the street for less than 2 pounds. Price of the room was worth a few hours sleep, a shower and breakfast. Remember to look right! Love the tap to pay accessibility.
