Charming and newly renovated holiday home of 75 m² spread over two floors. The house is set in scenic, maritime surroundings in beautiful Ebeltoft – just a short walk from the cozy town center, cafés, the beach, and shops.
The holiday home is part of the atmospheric Skudehavnen area and offers a unique view of Mols.
The house accommodates 4 guests and features a practical and inviting layout. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, bathroom, a smaller bedroom with a double bed, and a bright, functional kitchen-dining area.
Upstairs, there is a light-filled living room overlooking the marina and a bedroom with a double bed. The ground floor has underfloor heating throughout, and there is also a heat pump.
Outdoors, you can enjoy both an east-facing courtyard with morning sun and a west-facing terrace with beautiful views over Skudehavnen – perfect for long summer evenings watching the sunset.
The coast is just 300 meters away, making the sea a natural part of your holiday – whether for walks, swimming, or quiet moments.
The surrounding area is full of experiences. Ebeltoft offers charming streets, cafés, and small shops. The town’s landmark, the Frigate Jylland, and the Glass Museum are popular daytrip destinations.
