A contemporary stone house of 250sqm, it was built according to the traditional Macedonian architectural style and completed in 2011. The dominant architectural features are stone and wood. The interior of the house is tastefully designed and features all modern conveniences. Our guests should be aware of the fact that the house was not built as a guest house but as a private home.

The house consists of two levels. As it is built on a slope, both levels have access to the surrounding garden. On the upper level there is a sun-filled living room with a fireplace, wooden floor and comfortable sofas. The large plate glass window offers a beautiful, uninterrupted view of the mountains and the Valia River below. Directly off the living room are a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the loft level there is also a comfortable master bedroom which looks around the mountains.
Wooden steps lead from the loft room to the living room with the fireplace with the three rooms to the same level all looking to the Mt Kaimaktsalan, and then down to the lower level, the cellar with the fireplace. All rooms have wooden floor, and loft is wooden-paneled.
The house may accommodate up to 12 persons.

EXTERIOR
The house is surrounded by a garden grass with many stone terraces and shady areas for relaxing and dining. A stone pathway through the trees below the house leads to a peaceful spot with a wooden bench which is perfect for reading and bird hearing & watching. In the yard there is a stone BBQ, a stone oven and wooden table. There are also stone & wooden benches. From the yard there is access to dining room in the cellar with bathroom and shower all with great view to the Mt Voras-Kaimaktsalan.

CLEANING
Our cleaning services are tailored to the specific sanitation and hygiene concerns of this special period. The cleaning services we use they have the training, experience, products and state-of-the-art equipment to provide pristine cleaning and hygiene in our chalet.

Respecting the guests from the first impressions to last, the secret is one one simple factor: cleanliness. A clean chalet means meticulous attention to detail. Our Chalet is cleaned by the same team every time (barring individual employee vacation or illness). This means our cleaning team knows the specifics of our location using cleaning specialists and disinfection experts.

Free breakfast is available. A terrace, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room are also featured at the family-friendly chalet. The chalet can provide limo/town car service and tour/ticket assistance.
