to give a 1 out of 5 rating with no reason actually can cause harm to someone else's business. We always ensure our guests are very well looked after. Our bedrooms and public areas are well cleaned and managed. Our food in the restaurant is impeccable and only the highest standard of food is served. We try to provide the best standard of services at the Bayswell Park hotel Dunbar. No complaints were made throughout your visit, therefor unfortunately we cannot fix the issue. Please in the future give more information so we can help resolve the problem.
