Food and food service was horrible. I also asked for a room not too far from the elevator as i have back problems and was put in room 340 which was on the very END of the hall. I took a video.

The check in desk and elevators are on the east end. Our room was on the west end. My husband found it a challenge to walk that distance to the room and back to the elevators. The room only had a tub with a shower. Again a problem for my husband. We never thought to ask questions related to our issues. My fault. So ask for a room near the elevators if walking is a challenge.

The lady that checked us in was not very friendly. She was abrupt and when we asked about transportations options to get to rodgers place, she acted annoyed that the front desk could call a taxi for us if we just dial 0. The facility is locked up at 5pm and you have to use your key cards to even get into the facility. 5pm is very early for this saftey protocol, people are still arriving and checking in. The room had a smell too it, when we opened the window, there was a gap at the door and it kept banging back and forth. The ice machine was broken on the level we were staying in and we had to search to find another location. The only convience was that it was only a 10 minute taxi ride to rodgers place.
