I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at Château Nova Kingsway. I booked a Deluxe Room with one Queen Bed and I was booked in Annex Building, and from the moment I arrived, the experience fell short of expectations. The room had a strong unpleasant odor and did not feel or smell clean. It was also in need of basic repairs, which made the space feel neglected and uncomfortable. What made matters worse was discovering that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, and this was never disclosed during booking or check-in. Cleanliness and upkeep are basic expectations in any hotel stay, and the lack of transparency about this policy was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, because this was a last-minute booking, I had no choice but to stay. I would not return to this property and would not recommend it to others based on my experience

Find alternative to this hotel if you can

Had a hard time checking in. Had to call expedia staff to intervene. Took about 45mins before I could check in. The room was ok but the bathroom was dirty. No lotion in the room

My friends and I arrived to the hotel to check-in at 5pm and our rooms weren’t ready/cleaned yet. We had plans to go to a dinner reservation and concert and they told us the front desk wouldn’t be open at midnight once we got back. We asked if there was any way they could give us the key to the room before it was ready and we would come back to bring in our stuff after the concert. They were very hesitant about it until we said there was no way we will be making it back before midnight. Very frustrating experience and by the time we came back, one of the rooms smelled like smoke and the other had a huge crack in the window. Absolutely will not be coming back.

2 out of 3 rooms my friends and I booked were not available when we arrived (over an hour after the check in time of 3pm). We had plans and had to postpone them because we didn’t have rooms available to us. The one that was available wasn’t even done being cleaned. Our room had dirty pillows as well. Other than that was fine but price not worth the hassle.
