Loved our stay from start to finish. Especially loved the special touches such as the bag of chocolate eggs for Easter. Staff very helpful anf friendly. Very child friendly as we had a 10 month old with us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel for winter break

Very pleased overall with hotel. The hotel staff were excellent and the food was good with a wide selection. Evening entertainment was varied and mostly good. However the hotel is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the main restaurants and is up a steep hill. The all inclusive offering should be clearer on what is and is not included.

Good all-round hotel

We stayed here for the last two days of our holiday. Overall the stay was good. The room was very large and comfortable. Suprirised that on top of expensive rooms they then ask you to pay for a safe, plus no mini bar (just water on day 1). The poold are great. We spent all of our time on the rooftop pool - great for sumbathething and much more peaceful. Meant to be adults only however this wasn't enforced. Really eption staff were Consistently helpful, enabling us to check in early and always available to help with queries. The location is good - 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and plenty of restaurants around. The two downsides: Restaurant was chaos. They need to review their processes (some guests greeted and shown to table, others told to sit anywhere). One morning we went to get food only to come back to find our table had been relocated! Had to stand waiting for another table for 5 minutes and busy waiting staff werect helpful. Food was good, not great. For people not staying all inclusive, drinks prices were v expensive (from memory 2 euro for a bottle of water that is 40 cents in the supermarket 2 mins away! Pint's 4 euro 50). Overall it was a good stay but not somewhere I'd choose to go back to as there are better hotels for this price available.

Good value for money

The hotel is around 500m away from the beach, with a large pool area (partially heated). Lot of amenities, with Spa, Fitness, Squash, Tennis, Football, Minigolf, Archery and very nice mini-club. Food was much better than expected. Good varieties, both on a daily basis and within the 10 days we stayed. Always 2x meat and 2x fish freshly cooked on the plate. Noodles varieties to assemble yourself. Very friendly staff. Evening shows also better than expected (or I am getting old). Reasonable prices for drinks. Wi-Fi available at the room, in the main areas, but not throughout the hotel. Rooms of your neighbors you could hear well - hotel itself is a little outdated, but still very good standard. Free parking and car rental in the garage.

Excellent Short Notice Stay

Booked at very short notice to attend a family gathering. All the staff provided excellent service and were very efficient and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable as were the public spaces. I would happily stay here again for social or business.
