Hotel is good for the price, it’s brand new so very up to date, clean, rooms are spacious. Located in an odd area without much nearby without driving, but for the price the cleanliness and modernness for a holiday inn is well above average.

Garbage mountain in the garage it was really smelly. In the lobby by the elevators and garage entrance to the elevators was dirty. Not a good appearance for your guests when they get there. I really like the hotel but if that could be addressed it would help
