Very clean room. No outside noise. Front staff was friendly. Great variety of restaurants to choose from in the attached casino. West Edmonton Mall is only 10 minutes away. Would stay here again.

It was a party right across from our room until 4 o’clock in the morning. They had the door open making all kinds of noise couldn’t sleep terrible and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they said nothing about it. It would never stay there again overpriced food in the restaurant wasn’t good and extremely expensive six wings for $14 and there were only pieces of wings. Hot tub was very poor overall

Stayed here for a ladies night out to enjoy a show. When exiting the show, one of my gf’s was approached by casino security and told she needed to leave the casino due to another individual (unnamed) having reported her as intoxicated. Our group was embarrassed and shocked at this treatment as we were merely walking to eat supper after the early show and were not causing any type of disturbance. We asked to speak to the supervisor who was equally dismissive, insisting that we needed to leave the casino floor. We went for supper, and headed to our rooms, and left the next day after breakfast. The incident completely ruined our night out and we felt grossly mistreated. I don’t know if we will return.
