I booked a room with 2 queen beds, one for me and one for my son. When i arrived i was informed they didn't have any 2-bed rooms available... huh? They offered a queen sofa bed, i declined because i know how uncomfortable sofa beds are. They offered a queen rollaway bed, which they said they wouldn't charge me for... charge me??? I asked for a rate change, they said they couldn't do that because the original booking was through Expedia. Hurmf. I feel snookered. Not pleased.

Very clean AND quiet hotel. The staff were very pleasant. Room was spotless & the bed was very comfortable. Having a bar and great restaurant in the hotel is a big plus. We spent 5 days driving from AB to the east coast & this was the best hotel by far. Of course, it's a little more expensive, but hey, you get what you pay for. Would highly reccomend it yo anyone.

Great stay!

Great experience at this property. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, although there would have been a benefit of having more than one person at the desk. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful, too. Bedroom and bathroom were both very clean, and the supplied toiletries were very good quality. Two things that were especially appreciated: the extra blanket that was in the dresser drawer, and good lightning - lots of lamps. Will definitely stay here again!
