Great stay

Everything was perfect! The pool definitely made the stay the best. The pool was clean and very well maintained. We also went for lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed both meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to this establishment.

The restaurant had a nice selection of food and drinks including some local craft beers. We really enjoyed the wings too! Staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

I was extremely disappointed with this stay. When I booked, I was required to purchase two breakfasts for $30 each. My total bill including breakfasts was about $300. I expected a 4-star Sheraton hotel experience. This is not what I received. This Sheraton hotel is a competitor to a Quality Inn in my opinion. It should be rated about 2-2.5 stars. When I checked in I was given coupons redeemable for breakfasts worth about $10 each in their restaurant (family type restaurant, not higher end). I did not receive a nice Sheraton-style higher end breakfast buffet. I asked Check-in why I was charged $30 each for the breakfasts. Check-in said it was Expedia who charged this amount. I called Expedia, who called the hotel. In the end, the hotel did not reimburse me for the difference, but Expedia gave me points worth about $50 to compensate me for my troubles. Although I am grateful to Expedia for their efforts, I feel that I was very overcharged for the breakfasts. I have stayed often in Edmundston and I find the hotels near the highway to offer much better value. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of my stay, relative to what I paid. For $300, one would expect a 4-star "Sheraton quality" hotel stay, especially given that this hotel is located in northern New Brunswick.
