Fantastic hotel. The location and the views are superb! The staff was fantastic and the laundry service was quick and affordable. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. My only but is that the breakfast service seemed a bit chaotic/slow: there were not that many guests having breakfast at the same time but food kept running out on the buffet. Having said that, i would come back to this hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here.

The surroundings are not in line with the hotel’s standards. Will b nice if they create a garden around it or more trees. 😊 Also there is no gym which comparing with other’s hotels.

Convenient to downtown. 4 minute walk. Nice pool and comfy beds. Nice ambience when entering the hotel. Breakfast was good enough choices. Rooms are to dark with to much purple and curtains need to brighten up the rooms. hall carpets need replacing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a really beautiful location with great views all around. We loved the esthetic of the wood + fur decor with the large windows that allowed us to take in the beautiful landscape. It is walking distance to everything you need in town and when we needed to take a car the hotel was happy to help us out with arrangements. (I personally wish I had thought ahead to rent a car and planned better, just fyi for others. I think they had free parking if you choose this option.) Finally, the staff at this hotel were really accommodating. They all spoke some level of English (the majority very good) and they were also happy to accommodate me wanting to practice my Spanish even though they clearly were inconvenienced by this since they could’ve quickly navigated the situation in English with me. I really appreciated this so much and felt it was above and beyond customer service. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed the decor of this place and a very nice view over the lake. Parking was convenient. The hotel is somewhat removed from the centre of the town yet easily walkable. We didn't much enjoy the food, it was very carb heavy and not to the **** standard. Coffee in the morning was simply NOT coffee.
