From this quiet two-story house with flowered patio with barbecue, balcony and terrace, you have a beautiful view of the sea. The residence is 2 km from the village of Campello with its beautiful sandy beach and restaurants and 13 km from the charms of Alicante. Both are accessible by the coastal tram, which stops 200 meters away and will take you to Benidorm.
The swimming pool of the residence is large and superb and has a small typical restaurant, the entry price is one euro per day for adults and is free for children under the age of 08. We offer 20 entries.
The natural beach is 100m away.
The house itself with TV, radio and internet is very quiet: The living room and the three bedrooms each have air conditioning and ceiling fans. In the kitchen you will find an electric oven, a Tassimo capsule coffee maker, a microwave, a rice cooker and a food processor.

Bungalow classique en cours de rénovation. Calme, très bien situé, immense piscine résidentielle.

Si vous vous attendez à un bungalow moderne, passez votre chemin. Celui-ci est dans son jus et est en train d'être rénové par son propriétaire. Vous avez le wifi et quelques chaînes françaises. En revanche , vous avez des propriétaires et des voisins français charmants et vous êtes en bout de résidence. C'est très calme et très appréciable d'être à 100m de la plage et de la piscine résidentielle. Celle-ci est privée, payante ( nous avons eu droit à des invitations gratuites ) et gigantesque. Très peu de monde, très bien entretenue et de plus avec un bar pour aller grignoter et se désaltérer à des prix très abordables. Il faudrait songer à rajouter quelques rangements pour la chambre des parents et la cuisine. En résumé, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances très dépaysantes. Merci.
